Install SAM Office on Windows
Install the Windows desktop suite with the official SAM Office Setup installer.
This guide is based on application documentation. Its full procedure has not yet been tested directly; some details may vary by operating system and version.
Step by step
- Check that your computer uses supported 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11, and have administrator approval available.
- Download the official Windows SAM Office Setup.exe installer. Save and close any SAM Office documents before an upgrade.
- Open the installer and approve the Windows permission request if its publisher and download source are correct.
- When the SAM Office installation wizard appears, choose Next. Keep Typical on the Setup Type page.
- Choose Install, wait for completion, then choose Finish.
- Open SAM Write, SAM Count or SAM Show from the Start menu or desktop and sign in with your SAM Mail account if asked.

A managed company computer may require your IT administrator to install software.
Use the installer currently offered for Windows; a Mac package cannot be installed on Windows.
