Find voice and video call controls in an open conversation.
Step by step
- Open the intended conversation and check the recipient.
- Check browser microphone permission and camera permission for video.
- Voice call and Video call are in the conversation toolbar.
- Select a call control only when ready to start calling, then follow the state shown by the application.
- If devices cannot be used, check browser and operating-system permissions and the device troubleshooting guide.
