Register your company
Create a free organization account for your company with you as its owner, then choose a plan and add your domain in the console.
Step by step
- Open account.smail.sa/business-signup, or select the Businesses tab at account.smail.sa, then, next to No organization account?, select Register your company.
- Type the Company name, the Account owner's name, the Owner's email and the Owner's mobile. The owner's email can be any address you already use.
- Tick I agree to the privacy policy and select Continue. The page checks the email address.
- Type a Password of at least 10 characters that is not digits only, type it again in Confirm password, then select Create the organization account.
- Type the 6-digit code sent to the owner's mobile and select Verify and create the account. Back returns to the form with your details kept.
- The console opens with an empty organization. Choose your plan, add your company's domain with the email setup wizard, then create mailboxes for your team.

Registration is free. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan in the console.
The code is valid for 15 minutes, and 5 wrong tries cancel it. Common passwords, such as phone numbers, are refused.
If the owner's email is your own SAM Mail personal mailbox, the page sends one code to your phone and one to your mailbox instead of asking for a password.
Next time, sign in on the Businesses tab with the owner's email and password.
