Import mail with Data Migration
Copy mail from another provider into your current mailbox using IMAP.
Step by step
- Open Settings → Data Migration.
- Choose Provider: Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Zoho, Smail or Other IMAP.
- Review IMAP server, Port and Encryption against the source provider’s settings.
- Enter the complete Source email and the appropriate Source password. Gmail and Yahoo require an app password as described on the page.
- Confirm you are authorized to access the source mailbox. Review the details before Start migration.
- Monitor Migration jobs. The page describes scheduled copying every 20 minutes without emptying the current mailbox.

The page lists port 993 with SSL as the standard; use 143 with TLS only if your provider requires it.
Do not include a source password in support messages or screenshots.
