Profile, appearance and regional settings
Choose your appearance, language, profile details and regional preferences.
Step by step
- Open the account menu and select Settings. Profile is the main settings page.
- In Appearance, select Light or Dark. A quick theme toggle is also available in the page header.
- In Language & Region, choose English or العربية. The interface supports right-to-left text.
- Under Personal Information, use Change photo or edit Full Name, then select Save Profile.
- Regional Preferences detects the timezone from your browser. Choose a Date Format.
- Thread Mode groups related messages into conversations. Block remote images prevents external images loading automatically when messages open.

Before you continue
Your email address is managed by the mail server and cannot be edited in this page.
Embedded images differ from external images. Use Show images within a message to allow external images when appropriate.
