Chat availability status
Choose how other people see your availability.
Step by step
- Open your Chat profile picture → Settings → Status.
- Active shows that you are available.
- Away shows that you are temporarily away.
- Do Not Disturb stops notifications and ringing as described on the page; messages still arrive in the conversation.
- Invisible shows you as offline while allowing you to continue chatting.
- Choose the state that suits your availability and return to conversations.
