Prejoin AI assistant and participant approval
Review the AI assistant credit notice and participant-approval options before joining.
Step by step
- Open the meeting prejoin screen.
- Review Use AI Assistant and Consumes Account Credits.
- Check Balance before enabling the assistant; the displayed balance is account-specific.
- Review Auto-accept participants when offered to a host. Its description says participants enter without approval, but guests always require approval.
- Choose the options you need and check device permissions before Join Meeting.
